Abstract

These Regulations amend controls on the import of avian products from Australia having regard to the outbreak of Newcastle Disease. The principal Regulations are amended by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision”, of : "‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2002/537/EC of 2 July 2002 as amended by Commission Decision No. 2002/942/EC of 29 November 2002;”.
