Abstract

This Order gives effect to Commission Decision 2006/264/EC concerning certain protective measures introduced as a consequence of Newcastle Disease affecting poultry, ratites and farmed and wild feathered game and avian products of these species imported from Romania. it places retsriction on the import from Romania of avian products and live birds. It also provides for powers of enforcement of authozied officers.
