Abstract

These Regulations give effect in Ireland to Commission Regulation (EC) No 206/2009, which introduces changes for personal imports (both in baggage and in post) of products of animal origin from countries outside the EU. They empower authorised officers for control and enforcement measures with respect to such imports.
