Amendment also give effect to other amendments to European legislation and concern, among other things, the definition of “authorised officer, the definition of “Regulation No. 178/2002, the definition of “Regulation No. 852/2004”, the definition of Regulation No. 852/2004, an application for a feed business approval or food business approval in respect of specified businesses and offences.
