The designated national Authority for the purposes of these Regulations is the National Authority for Occupational Safety and Health. Separate Regulations implementing the provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2455/92 and associated Council or Commission Regulations for pesticides covered by the Council Regulation have been made by the Minister for Agriculture.
