Abstract

These Regulations define offences and provide for control mechanisms in relation with specified EC legislation on Community support measures in the agriculture, food, marine and forestry sectors listed in the Schedule attached to these Regulations. They also define powers of enforcement of authorized officers and provide with respect to offences committed by a body corporate.
