Abstract

This Order amends S.I No 708 of 2005 and gives effect to Commission Decision 2005/862/EC of 30 November 2005 concerning measures to combat Avian Influenza in birds other than poultry. The definition of "third country" is amended and at comma (c) for “four birds” in regulation 4(1), is substituted " 'five birds'".
