Abstract

According to the principal Regulations, here amended, a person, including the master or a person in charge of a vehicle, shall not import a live bird from certain Asian countries. "Certain Asian countries" now means Thailand, Peoples Republic of China including Hong Kong, South Korea, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Pakistan, Vietnam and Malaysia. The Commission Decision adds Malaysia to the list of countries.
