Abstract

This Order gives effect to Commission Decision 2005/693/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to live birds, unprocessed feathers or part of feathers imported from Russia. A person, including the master or a person in charge of a vehicle, shall not import a live bird from Russia. Other restrictions are placed on import of unprocessed feathers from specified "restricted areas" of Russia.
