Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Animal Remedies) Regulations, 2007 so as to give effect to Commission Directive 2009/9/EC. The Regulations give a new definition of "animal remedies authorisation" and insert the definition of "prohibited animal remedy". They also amend provisions concerning various authorisations, registration and veterinary prescriptions.
