Abstract

The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 4(5) by substitution of paragraph (a) which now reads: “the manufacturer has premises which have been approved or registered, as appropriate pursuant to provisions of the European Communities (Approval and Registration of Establishments and Intermediaries Operating in the Animal Feed Sector) Regulations 1999 (S.I. No. 88 of 1999). Regulation 4(5) specifies conditions for the granting of a licence by the Minister licence authorising the manufacture, distribution, possession, storage or sale of a medicated feedingstuff or an intermediate product.
