The Agency shall have as objectives: to ensure the fast and sustainable growth of horticulture production and productivity; to facilitate the export of diversified horticulture products which meet internal food safety standards; and to coordinate the development of supporting services. It shall, among other things, prepare and submit to the Ministry a strategy which ensures fast and sustainable growth of horticulture and implement such strategy such strategy. The Agency shall have a Director General, who shall be the chief executive officer of the Agency.
