Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Biofuels Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to standards for gasohol. In this connexion section 4 establishes that Gasohol possessed for sale in Manitoba must meet the specifications set out in this section. The text – consisting of 15 sections – deals with the following matters: reporting period, standards for gasohol. Licensing of denatured ethanol manufacturers, fuel suppliers, shortfall and penalty, reporting re mandate, penalty, failing to comply, information sharing and coming into force.
