Abstract: An Ordinance to identify toxique and dangerous waste. It consists of 9 articles divided in 4 Parts. The Sphere of application and Definitions are contained in Part I. Dangerous waste and Toxique waste are respectively dealt with by Part II and Part III. The Ordinance contains 4 Annexes as follows: Dangerous substances (1); Criteria to identify dangerous waste (2); Application form (3); Examination of waste (4).
