Abstract

This Order is issued under article 5A to the Fisheries Law. For fishery management and conservation purposes, the Order prohibits bottom trawling fishing in the marine areas of Pomas up to Arnaoutis and of Dekelia up to Kappari Capes, within a distance measuring less than 5 nautical miles from the coastline, from 15 February until 31 May annually. The exact delimitation of the marine areas is given in form of geographical coordinates in the Order.
