Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Freshwater Fish Marketing Act. Section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulations establishes that the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation, established by the Act, is established as the appropriate body to control the trading and marketing of fish in the Territories.
