Abstract: This Act makes provision for the resolution of disputes in the sector of public utilities and for this purpose establishes the Essential Services Arbitration Tribunal. Essential services are listed in the Schedule to this Act and include any service related to drainage and irrigation and the direct or indirect production or distribution of drinking water.
