The purpose of this Law is to regulate epidemiological safety and specify the rights and duties of State authorities, Local Governments, and natural and legal persons in the field of epidemiological safety, as well as to determine liability for the violation of this Law. Epidemiological safety includes: (a) the control of environmental sanitary and hygiene conditions and measures for environmental recovery;(b) the epidemiological surveillance of infectious diseases, including the laboratory exam
