Article 2 establishes that the assets of the Fund shall be used, among others, to a) pay the costs incurred to provide for environmental protection and restoration, promote sustainable development of natural resources, conserve natural resources within the Province and educate on matters relating to environmental issues and the sustainable development of natural resources maintain and enhance the visual environment; b) reimburse any department, corporation or agency of the Government of the Province that makes an advance so as to provide financing for any of the costs incurred for any of the purposes set out in the present section.
