Abstract

These Regulations implement the Environmental Protection Act 1986 by providing restrictions on the contents of garden, lawn and all purpose fertilizers. The Regulations prescribe the maximum amounts of phosphorus allowed in garden, lawn and all purpose fertilizers, and the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus.
