Abstract

Part IX is entitled " Averments and proof of the Documents in proceedings under this Act". It prescribes certain averments and statements as prima facie evidence of the matters stated therein under. Part X carries the title "Enforcement notices and cessation orders" and makes provision for the serving of enforcement notices by the Department on persons contravening provisions of the Act or any conditions attached to a licence. Appeal against such notices may be initiated with the Supreme Court.
