The Regulations: (a) lay down criteria for the selection of sites for the measurement of concentrations of tropospheric ozone in the air; (b) provide in respect of measurement of ozone concentrations; (c) provide rules relative to the information of the public on pollution and reports to the European Commission on measurements and results; and (d) prescribe the method for calculating the measurement results for the annual reference period.
