Abstract It seeks to prevent and control pollution of air, water, ice and soil; to prevent and control noise pollution; to provide health rules of environmental interest; and to provide the necessary administrative framework for planning and response to pollution. A municipality committee shall be established to oversee adherence to regulations addressing all activities of deployment of solid, liquid or gaseous substances or organisms, vibration and noise that can cause pollution of air, soil, bedrock, ice cap, streams, lakes or sea that may cause environmental damage to plant and wildlife.
