I No. 96/2001). The aim of the Ordinance is to set up national registers for organizations and the establishment of criteria for inclusion in these registers. Article 2 rules that waste management companies are organizations that collect,transport , sort, store, use or treat otherwise and which stipulate an agreement with waste management associations.
