Keyword EIA Environmental fees/charges Cultural heritage Geographical area Asia and the Pacific, Oceania, Polynesia, Small Island Developing States, South Pacific Abstract These Regulations lay down criteria, procedures and content of environmental impact assessment, define the factors to be taken into account by the Minister and the Secretariat of the Environmental Assessment Committee when considering the likely impact of an activity upon the environment and stipulate that the process of environmental impact assessment shall be applied to all major projects so classified under Part III of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act 2003. They also set out in Schedule 1 and 2, the forms and fees for the purposes of the Act and these Regulations. As for the process, all Major Project assessment shall follow a process of notification, environmental impact assessment, review, and final decision with or without conditions.
