Abstract

These provisions of Title 25 concern sanitary conditions of drinking fountains, lavatory and cafeteria facilities, public parks and beaches, etc. Public drinking fountains for the dispensing of water for human consumption shall be kept clean and sanitary by the owner or person in charge thereof. Section 3 concerns water overflow and drainage. Section 4 prohibits standing water in which mosquitoes may be propagated. Every sanitizing procedure used to comply with this Title must be approved by the Director of Medical services.
