Abstract

This Act, consisting of 49 sections divided into eight Parts and completed by one Schedule, provides for the establishment and operation of the Environment, Resources and Development Court. The Act contains provisions concerning the establishment of the court (Part 2 Div. 1), its jurisdiction (Part 2 Div. 2), the composition of the Court (Part 3), the constitution of the Court (Part 4), proceedings in front of the Court (Part 5 and 6), appeals (Part 7), contempt in face of Court (sect. 37), enforcement of judgments and orders (sect. 43) and legal costs (sect. 44).
