The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1992.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the federal and cantonal environment protection legislation. In particular, the Ordinance applies to all matters governed by the Environment Protection Law of Basel-Landschaft. The text consists of 55 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Purpose and sphere of application (A); Protection against disasters (B); Protection against emissions (C); Waste (D); Soil pollution (E); Implementation and proceedings (F); Amendment and repeal of existing legislation (G); Final provisions (H). Two Annexes are enclosed.
