Abstract These Regulations, also in order to transpose into the law of Gibraltar, Directive 2014/89/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 establishing a framework for maritime spatial planning, are here setting the provisions in relation to the maritime spatial planning on the territory of Gibraltar and its sea domain.
