Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Fees Law for the Land Brandenburg of 7 July 2009. Article 1 establishes that the Ministry of the Environment, Health and Consumer Protection shall charge fees for official acts. The text consists of 6 articles and 2 Annexes listing respectively: 1) fees in general and 2) fees for matters concerning air pollution, waste disposal, water rights, soil and nature protection, consumer protection, agriculture and forestry.
