Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 36(2) of the Environment Audit Act by which a system of fees is set up for the administrative costs incurred in connection with the registration procedure for organizations and the accreditation and supervision of environmental verifiers and other related costs. The text consists of 6 articles and 1 Annex.
