Abstract

These Rules implement provisions of the Soil and water Conservation Act with respect to, among other things, scope of such designated supervision and management by relevant authorities, definition of slopeland, contents of a long-term soil and water conservation plan for a designated soil and water conservation area, approval of development activities, establishment of a protection belt, land use management of protection belts, use of slopeland, afforestation, emergency enforcement action by regulatory authority, reward to a soil and water conservation obligor treating and maintaining soil and water conservation with remarkable result, other enforcement action.
