Abstract

The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe the matters delegated by the Chemicals Control Act and its Decree, and other matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, article 52 establishes that the Director of the National Institute of Chemical Safety shall collect, analyze, and manage the domestic and overseas information listed in this articles to establish and operate a comprehensive chemical information system pursuant to Article 48 of the Act. Article 54 lays down provisions relating to entry and inspection. The text consists of 61 articles.
