Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Act. The Regulation applies province-wide and it prescribes procedures for an inspector to: 1) serve orders; 2) reassess orders; 3) apply for a warrant, and prescribes forms to be used for that purpose, and also prescribes the form of the warrant; 4) apply to the Supreme Court to recover costs for work ordered to be done under section 54 of the afore-mentioned Act, and prescribes the form to be used for that purpose. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Definition (1); Recovery of costs (2); Service of orders (3); Reassessment of orders (4); Application to courts (5); One Schedule is enclosed.
