The Regulation applies province-wide and it prescribes procedures for an inspector to: 1) serve orders; 2) reassess orders; 3) apply for a warrant, and prescribes forms to be used for that purpose, and also prescribes the form of the warrant; 4) apply to the Supreme Court to recover costs for work ordered to be done under section 54 of the afore-mentioned Act, and prescribes the form to be used for that purpose.
