The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2017
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Fish and Seafood Act. In particular, the Regulation provides for updating and modernizing the processes and procedures used by inspectors, such as enabling electronic issuance of orders. The text consists of 4 sections as follows: Definition (1); Service of orders (2); Reassessment of orders (3); Applications to court (4).
