The Ordinance commenced on 10 June 2000 whereas the 9 clauses after article 20 commenced on 1 April 2001.
Abstract

This Ordinance concerns standardization and the labelling of agricultural and forest products. Article 1 lists the relevant products including raw silk, timber and plywood. There are provisions relating to grading to be carried out by registered grading organizations and certification of manufacturers. Article 10 refers to fees for the registration of registered grading organizations.
