For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 1 August 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Energy Resources Conservation Act (RSA 2000, c. E-10). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the payment of administration fees on behalf of well operators. In particular, section 2 establishes that in each fiscal year, every person who, on the prescribed date, was the operator of a well, coal mine or oil sands project shall pay an administration fee in accordance with this Regulation. The text consists of 12 sections. Two tables are enclosed.
