The present Regulation enters into force on 1 April 2009.
Abstract

The present Regulation enforces, inter alia, the Energy Law of the Canton Uri of 18 April 1999. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to requirements for heat and cold insulation in buildings. The text consists of 36 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Requirement for protection against heat and cold in buildings (2); Requirements for technical facilities in buildings (3); Heating (4); Energy saving measures (5); Competence and proceedings (6); Final provisions (7). Six Annexes are enclosed.
