Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Energy Act of 26 June 1998 and the Energy Law of the Canton Aargau of 17 January 2012. The text consists of 41 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Energy efficiency (1); Energy production (2); Energy lines (3); Power supply (4); Competent authority and legal protection (5); Transitional provisions and entry into force (6).
