Section 5 establishes that - unless exempted by the regulations - every energy enterprise shall file with the Minister, in prescribed form and manner a return setting out information relating, among others, to: a) its ownership and control; b) its sources and use of funds; c) its financial position and performance; d) its exploration for, development, production, processing, refining and marketing of energy commodities.
