Entry into force notes
The present Law enters into force on 1 January 1992.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to: a) promote the safe, environmentally sound, diversified and economically optimal supply of energy; b) use energy shall be used sparingly, efficiently and environmentally-friendly; c) replace non-renewable energy with renewable energy; d) reduce the dependency on imported energy. The text consists of 24 articles divided in 6 Parts as follows: Saving measures (1); Distribution of grid-bound electricity (2); Distribution of conducted gas (3); Promotion measures (4); Miscellaneous provisions (5);Penal and final provisions (6)
