Abstract The purpose of the present Law is to: a) promote the safe, environmentally sound, diversified and economically optimal supply of energy; b) use energy shall be used sparingly, efficiently and environmentally-friendly; c) replace non-renewable energy with renewable energy; d) reduce the dependency on imported energy.
