The Act enters into force on 1 January 2001.
Abstract

The Energy Law sets out the legislative framework on energy production. It establishes the conditions for running enterprises in this field and related rights and obligations. The Law is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Particular provisions; (3) Penalties; (4) Inspection on the public energy sector; (5) Common, transitional and final provisions.
