The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 June 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Energy Efficiency Act of 24 April 2008. The purpose of the Ordinance is to transposte into national legislation the Directive 2004/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of cogeneration based on a useful heat demand in the internal energy marker of 11 February 2004. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); General provisions (I); Promotion of energy efficiency (II); Promotion of renewable energy (III); Supply and remuneration of electricity from renewable energies (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
