Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Energy Efficiency Act of 24 April 2008. The purpose of the Ordinance is to transposte into national legislation the Directive 2004/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of cogeneration based on a useful heat demand in the internal energy marker of 11 February 2004.
