This Regulation enters into force on 1 July 2007.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 2 Parts, requires retailers to notify the Energy and Water Ombudsman of them entering into a contract for the provision of customary energy retail services to small customers. It further outlines scheme participant fees for Western Downs Regional Council and Maranoa Regional Council.
