The present Act enters into force on 18 August 1982.
Abstract

The present Act was formerly the Department of Energy and Mines Act being Chapter D-13.1 of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1982-83. In particular, the Regulations lay down information relating to the continuation of the above-mentioned Department of Energy and Mines. The Act – consisting of 13 sections – deals with the following matters: duties of Minister, claims concerning mineral revenues, agreement, notice of certain agreements and grant.
