Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the fees (Schedule) for (a) a permit for the import or export of species included in Appendices I, II and III of CITES; and (b) a certificate for the re-export of species included in Appendices I, II and III of CITES; (c) a certificate authorising introduction from the sea of species included in Appendices I and II of CITES; and (d) a certificate or statement issued under section 23 of the Endangered Species Protection Ordinance 2015.
