Abstract

These Regulations to make provision for the application, granting and registration of permits and certificates in respect of the import, export, or re-export of conch (Strombus Gigas). An application shall be made as set out in Form 1 as set out in the First Schedule. A permit to export conch shall not be transferable and shall be valid for a period not exceeding three months. An application for a permit shall be made in respect of each consignment. If conch is imported, the Management Authority
