It also appoints: (a) an inspector within the meaning of the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956; and (b) a person holding the office of Director of Environmental Policy in a department of the States for which the Minister for Planning and Environment is responsible, as officers for the purposes of the Law.
