Abstract

This Act concerns the management of endangered species in New Brunswick In order to protect the endangered species, the Act sets a series of prohibitions, including “possess a member or any part of a member of an endangered species or regionally endangered species; wilfully or knowingly kill, injure, disturb or interfere with a member or any part of a member of an endangered species or regionally endangered species; wilfully or knowingly destroy, disturb or interfere with the nest, nest shelter or den of a member of an endangered species of fauna or regionally endangered species of fauna”(sect. 3).
