Abstract

In principal it is prohibited to export or import animals specified in the First Schedule or any living or dead plant specified in the Second Schedule. However, such importation or exportation may take place with a license granted by the Minister. The Minister may establish any body to be known as "scientific authority" for purposes of advising him in connection with the administration of this Act or generally on the importation or exportation of animals and plants which appear to him endangered.
